Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Account Eligibility

The kingbonus platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Be located in a geographic region where online gambling activities are permitted under applicable local laws.
• Not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program from any gambling platform or related recovery program.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2 Account Registration & KYC Process

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at kingbonus. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different information, different devices, or different IP addresses — are strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. kingbonus reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• Payment method details used for deposits.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

Kingbonus accepts deposits via a variety of secure and trusted payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfers, and e-wallet options available in Malaysia. All transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit-related terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (subject to the selected payment method).
• All deposits must be made from an account or payment method in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Kingbonus does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposit processing time is typically instant, unless a payment provider system disruption occurs.

4 Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawal requests from a kingbonus account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for most withdrawal methods.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes for major methods such as DuitNow and local bank transfer.
• Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, until a specified limit is met.
• Complete KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• KingBonus reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for the duration of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Kingbonus offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that are clearly stated before the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Using more than one bonus simultaneously is prohibited unless otherwise stated.
• KingBonus reserves the right to void bonuses if bonus abuse or fraud is detected.
• The validity period of the bonus will be stated in each promotional offer.

6 Member Conduct & Responsibility

All kingbonus members are expected to use the platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collude with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly (multi-accounting).
• Managing funds on behalf of others or engaging in money laundering in any form.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without valid authorization.
• Directing threats, abusive language, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other members.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your KingBonus account password and login details confidential. KingBonus recommends that you:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify kingbonus support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

Kingbonus will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kingbonus platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kingbonus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, replicating, or duplicating any part of the platform without written permission.
• Using the kingbonus brand name for commercial purposes without official approval.
• Extracting or republishing any platform content on any other platform.

9 Liability Limits

Kingbonus provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, kingbonus is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes or wagering.
• Service disruptions caused by third parties, including internet or payment providers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Device damage or data loss occurring while using the platform.

10 Changes to Terms and Conditions

KingBonus reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being updated on this website.

It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always aware of the terms applicable when using the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated whenever any changes are made.

Continued use of the kingbonus platform after any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

KingBonus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity falsification.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Should your account be terminated for reasons that do not constitute a violation, any valid net balance in your account will be returned to you once the review process is complete. kingbonus is not obligated to refund balances associated with activities that breach these terms.
